I I am an animated and eclectic licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who practices holistic therapy from a harm reduction, trauma-informed, and psycho-spiritual lens.
I have knowledge of evidenced-based and emerging practices, traditional eastern practices, and naturalistic techniques. I believe in treating the whole person for accomplishing true healing and empowerment of the spirit.
I primarily utilize psychoeducation about the benefits of natural approaches in adjuct with the western medical model, Jungian psychology, sound/frequency, brainspotting, yoga, polyvagal exercises, radical acceptance, meditation, expressive art therapy, sex therapy, and plant medicines.

I believe with knowledge comes power, which can be practiced and evolve into wisdom of self and true healing. Wherever you are on your journey, I am honored to participate in your growth.
